Writing and recording REFUGE is our first musical collaboration. After reading Debra Markowitz's script, the music was an organic creation first written by Linda as a piano solo, played by Linda's character Celine in the film; and that led to Terry's creation of the lyrics and orchestration for REFUGE- the theme song and opening music for SILENT HARMONY. The music speaks to the intense longing and pain of the loss of a previous life that may never be recovered, as a universal theme, and as experienced by Celine in SILENT HARMON
